Pricing is not negotiated, not discounted, and not customized in scope to fit a budget — every tier is engineered for a 65 to 75 percent gross margin so we can sustain the senior-practitioner staffing model that makes the methodology work.
Accelerate ($5,000 per month) is the entry tier for businesses that need a serious enterprise SEO program but do not yet need the full Market Leader execution velocity. It covers technical SEO remediation, foundational content architecture, monthly content production, basic link acquisition, AI visibility baseline tracking, and monthly reporting. Three-month minimum, then month-to-month.
Dominate ($10,000 per month) is our most popular tier and is engineered for mid-market enterprises with $20M to $200M ARR. It adds higher content velocity, active link acquisition through digital PR, full AI visibility optimization, conversion rate optimization, and quarterly business reviews. Six-month minimum.

Twelve-month minimum.
Every engagement includes a one-time setup fee that funds the foundational audit (technical and content), full competitor analysis with keyword and backlink gap reports, keyword universe mapping, AI visibility baseline across all five major answer engines, custom strategy document, analytics and dashboard configuration, and stakeholder onboarding. Setup fees are non-refundable and are billed upon contract execution.
Add-ons (incremental content production, additional digital PR placements, custom research, video production, conference keynote development, etc.) are billed against a documented rate card and approved against the quarterly roadmap. We do not bill against retainer hours and we do not run "scope-of-work" mechanics that create end-of-quarter surprises.
